One of our key goals is to recruit trustworthy and reliable cleaners for our clients in the areas that we have demand. All our cleaners need to have a police check and work entitlement check before commencing work. We rely on that information to make sure our cleaners are trustworthy, as they are often trusted with the keys to the client’s home, when the clients are away.
This used to be a time-consuming task with applicants coming to our office with their IDs and documentation. The Recruitment Officer would have to copy all their papers and check the right ID was provided for the police check. In some instances the candidate would end up needing more documents and they’d have to organise to come back.
Now the whole recruitment process is automated. Our checks go through CVCheck which is integrated with our custom-built CRM system and the process of screening candidates is now streamlined and smooth.
We have saved around half an hour of our recruitment officer’s and candidate’s time per applicant for each check, while providing better experience to our candidates.
