The merging of our two leading businesses is designed to create a credentials-based workforce management capability built on Bright’s workforce compliance strength, and CVCheck’s highly automated verification workflows and partner integrations.

CVCheck has grown organically through the provision of its background screening and verification products to employers, industry associations and individuals via its world-class proprietary online platform.
Cited’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology was born from the desire to offer a better way to manage compliance and workforce credentials, as well as empowering individuals to make use of all their valuable work experience and skills from the one place.
Our combined businesses will offer not only screening and verification but also complex workforce credentials management to businesses globally in one place.

Strategic evolution
The merging of the two companies means that we are poised to become a global player in the Regulatory Technology (RegTech) marketplace, where regulatory reporting, risk management, identity management and digitised compliance are rapidly evolving.
Our cloud computing technology – now supported through SaaS – will help our customers not only meet point in time compliance and onboarding, but also build a complex compliance matrix across their workforce and contractor network.
